Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services Outreach Vanessa Ramos, SYFS Outreach Coordinator will be on-site at the Senior Center to provide outreach assistance on the third Tuesday each month from 9:00am to 12:30pm. Vanessa can help with Mass Health applications as well as Fuel assistance and SNAP. The COA is fortunate to work in partnership with Vanessa and SYFS to compliment some of our outreach services. She can also be a great resource to connect residents to SYFS mental health counseling services including individual and family counseling, support groups, as well as animal assisted therapy. Stop by and say “Hello!"
