    Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 20A, S18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Shrewsbury Board of Health will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. To participate in the public comment portion of this public hearing, dial 1-617-675-4444 and enter the following PIN: (826 800 957 8932#). PLEASE MUTE YOUR DEVICE until the Chair of the Board addresses this agenda item or opens the meeting to public comment. 10/23/20 at 8AM to consider amendments of the current Tobacco Regulations "Regulation of the Shrewsbury Board of Health Restricting the Sale of Tobacco Products" 2020 changes that reflect the new state law and no new adult-only retail tobacco stores shall be located within 25 feet of a retailer with a tobacco product sales permit.     Mountain View Cemetery Fall Clean Up Notice- All plantings and decorations must be removed from flower beds and monuments by Sunday, October 25th in order to facilitate the fall clean up. Any items not removed by this date will be discarded the week of October 26th as part of the fall clean up. American flags can remain until Veterans Day, November 11th. Any remaining will be removed during the weekend of November 14th. Winter decorations can be placed after November 15th.
