Welcome to the Shrewsbury Public Library. We are happy to have you as a new patron. If you are a resident of another town that is part of the Central/Western Massachusetts Automated Resource Sharing (C/W MARS) library network, you can apply for a card with us but may not be able to use some of our online resources. If you have recently moved to Shrewsbury from another town in central or western Massachusetts and already have a card from that town, you can use it at the Shrewsbury library - no need to get a new card.
See which towns are part of the Central/Western library network.
If you are age 12 and over, you may fill out this form to apply for a library card. If you are under 12, please fill out our form, print it out and have a parent or guardian sign it.
Shrewsbury Public Library offers Shrewsbury educators resources for classroom use through a special loan program designed to meet the needs of teachers and students. The Library can provide books, videos, DVDs, kits, and other library materials to support curriculum topics.
