What if I submitted a request but haven't received a response?

The Town receives hundreds of requests per day, and departments do their best to respond in a timely manner.  If you submitted a request and it hasn’t been resolved or there has been no communication to you about what to expect in several days, please call 508-841-8502, prompt 3, and a staff member will look up your request and connect with Town staff to get an update for you.
