
The Select Board is seeking one (1) qualified individual interested in serving on the Shrewsbury Media Connection, Inc., Board of Directors.
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the mission of SMC Inc., is to build community, empower individuals, and ensure First Amendment expression through utilization of and access to evolving communication technologies for Public, Educational, and Government programming.
The duties of the Board of Directors is to oversee the public access center, hire the Executive Director, approve the Annual Operating Budget, set policies and procedures for SMC Inc., and to set and implement marketing and fundraising programs.
The Board of Directors is composed of seven (7) members who serve three-year terms. If you are interested in applying to serve on the SMC Inc.
