On Thursday November 3, 2022, at approximately 8:00 AM, distribution system flow testing will be conducted at Green Street between Hartford Turnpike and Appaloosa Drive and South Street between Hartford Turnpike and Brook Street. Residents and businesses in the vicinity may experience brief periods of reduced pressure or discolored water. This testing is necessary to gather important water flow data for the area. Testing is expected to be completed in under three hours. Please refer to the attached map for more information.
During the test, residents in the immediate and adjacent areas may experience brief periods of reduced pressure or discolored water. If you experience discolored water once the test is complete, please run the cold water in an outside faucet or a downstairs bathtub until it clears.
