Water pump with text Shrewsbury Water Department and Established 1905 around pump

On Wednesday, October 19, 2022, the Town's contractor, Haluch Water Contracting, Inc, will be installing new water gates at the intersection of Jenney Street and Crescent Street and the intersection of Jenney Street and Saybrook Road. Water service on Catalina Drive, Jenney Street, and Crescent Street from house number 160 to 178 must be interrupted from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM to allow this work to be completed.

Residents in the vicinity of the project may also experience brief periods of reduced pressure or discolored water. If you experience discolored water once the project is complete, please run the cold water in a downstairs bathtub or outside faucet until it clears.

We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
