The Town of Shrewsbury, MA is accepting resumes for the Assistant Building Inspector position within the Office of the Building Inspector. This is a full time (37.5 hour/week) position with a salary range of $26.30 to $31.36 per hour in addition to a liberal fringe benefit package.
Applicants must have at least five years of experience in the supervision of building construction or design or in the alternative a two-year associate degree in a field related to building construction or design or any combination of education and experience sufficient to meet the requirements of 780 CMR 110.R5. Under the correct circumstances, some period of time may be granted to the successful candidate to become qualified and certified pursuant to 780 CMR 110.R5.
