On Tuesday, August 29th at 3:00 pm the Building Inspector’s office will be holding a training class on our new online building permit application service. This is the first of what is intended to be ongoing training and outreach for using our system.
We will be launching a new permitting application on September 6th. The training on August 29th is in advance of that expected launch. Please email the Building Inspector's office if you wish to participate as seats are limited. Additional classes may be scheduled If the response warrants.
All existing users of our system must re-register to use the new portal. The direct link is www.shrewburyma.gov/epermit. Please click on the link to sign in, then choose the tab sign up. Follow the prompts to set your new ID. Even if you can’t make the training class on the 29th, it’s highly recommended that you register in the new system. You may pre-register in the portal at any time.
