[ARCHIVED] Job Opening - Assistant Building Inspector/Measurer and Lister

The Town of Shrewsbury, MA is accepting resumes for a vacant Assistant Building Inspector/Lister position in the Office of the Building Inspector. This is a full time position with a salary range of $25.28 to $30.15 per hour in addition with a liberal fringe benefit package. This position also assist the Board of Assessors by performing property inspections, measurements and listings as directed. Applicants must have at least five years of experience in the supervision of building construction or design or in the alternative a two year associate degree in a field related to building construction or design or any combination of education and experience sufficient to meet the requirements of 780 CMR 110.R5. Under the correct circumstances, some period of time may be granted to the successful candidate to become qualified and certified pursuant to 780 CMR 110.R5.

Resumes are due in the Office of the Town Manager no later than 4:30 PM on Friday, December 18, 2015.
