WRTA seeks Disabled Commuter Population representative

The Worcester Regional Transit Authority (WRTA) Advisory Board is seeking a Disabled Commuter Population representative. Pursuant to M.G.L. Title 12, C. 161(b), §5, this representative shall be mobility impaired, have a family member who is mobility impaired, be a caretaker of a person who is mobility impaired, or work for an organization that serves the need of the physically disabled. The Disabled Commuter Population representative is a voting position with a one-year commitment that requires attendance to monthly WRTA Advisory Board Meetings on the third (3rd) Thursday of every month at 8:30am. 

If you are interested in being considered for the Disabled Commuter Population representative position, please email Justin Dobson at with a letter of interest and resume before December 1, 2021.  Please note that the WRTA will ultimately decide which appointee fills the vacancy.
