[ARCHIVED] Important Message from the Water & Sewer Division - Service Interruption on April 19-20, 2021

On Monday, April 19, 2021, beginning at 8:00 a.m. contractor, Hydra Tech, will be replacing water valves on Wesleyan Terrace at the intersection of Knowlton Avenue. On Tuesday, April 20, 2021, beginning at 8:00 a.m. they will be replacing water valves at the intersection of Wesleyan Terrace and Wesleyan Street and at the intersection of Hascall Street and Wesleyan Street.  Taft Street, Wesleyan Terrace, Wesleyan Street, Hascall Street, Knowlton Avenue and Municipal Drive will not have water service between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on both days to allow the work to take place. Please follow the link below for a map of the area where water service will be interrupted.

Residents in the vicinity of the impacted area may also have reduced pressure or discolored water due to the interruption in water service. If you experience discolored water after service is restored, please run the cold water in an outside faucet, or downstairs bathtub until it clears.
