[ARCHIVED] Laminate Your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card at the COA!

Protect your Vaccination Record Card

Protect your COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card and get it laminated at the Shrewsbury Senior Center! All Shrewsbury residents are welcome to call the Senior Center at 508-841-8640 and make an appointment. Senior Center Staff will also provide photocopies for you.

If you are hesitant to laminate your actual card, we can always make a copy of your card and laminate the copy instead.

Appointments are available on April 16th, 27th and 29th from 2PM-3PM. More dates to follow!

Some tips for keeping your Vaccination Card safe:

Make copies!

Keeping copies on your person and at home is a great way to be sure your vaccination information is never misplaced.

Take a photo with your phone!

Keeping a photo of your card on your phone makes it available at any time.

Scan it!

Keep a digital version of it on your computer to print a copy if necessary.

What NOT to do:

DON'T throw away your card!

It is important to keep your cards as proof you received your vaccination and to remember which vaccine you received. According to the latest travel advisory from the State, those who have been fully vaccinated 14 or more days prior to traveling do not have to quarantine after traveling as long as you do not have any symptoms!

DON'T share your card on social media!

It's very exciting to get your COVID vaccine but don't share a photo of your card on the internet! Your card has personal information including your full name and date of birth. Keep your personal information private!
