As of 4pm Tuesday, 02/14/2017, the Water Department will be conducting an emergency water line repair on Prospect St. and Reservoir St. Water Service will be turned off to all of Reservoir Street, Prospect Street and Sam Allen Circle, Keyes House Road and all associated side streets in the area. The Water is expected to be turned off for approximately 4 to 6 hours, until the repair is complete.
In addition, low pressure issues could be experienced at the top of Rawson Hill Drive, top of Colonial Drive and upper associated side streets in the area off Colonial Drive.
Residents in these direct areas and adjacent side streets may experience discolored water during and after this period of time. If you experience discoloration, please run your service line preferably from the outside faucet tap closest to your water meter to clear your line, (usually the faucet in the front of the house), as to not allow the discolored water to enter further into the household.
