This is an important message from the Town of Shrewsbury Department of Public Works. In collaboration with the Animal Control office, a new "Animal Control" request category has been added to the Online Portal powered by SeeClickFix which may be accessed here. For your reference, the Town of Shrewsbury Animal Control Office addresses and removes roadkill from Town roads and deceased animals from Town property. Deceased animals and wildlife on private property are the responsibility of the owner; however, the Animal Control Office can provide guidance.
We thank you all for your support and interest in the Online Request Portal. Please note, we continue to monitor the requests received via the online portal and we are excited to grow its versatility. Suggestions on request categories are welcomed and can be reported in the "OTHER" category.
As always, please be advised that the online portal system is not monitored 24/7, issues related to public safety or those requiring immediate emergency attention should be reported directly to the Police Department at 508-841-8577.
