The Regional Response to Addiction Partnership (RRAP) Coalition is inviting residents to participate in a Community Forum, hosted by the Coalition for a Health Greater Worcester.

The Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) forum directly connects with the work we have been doing for the last 4 years. This meeting will set our goals and help us refine the planning process for the new CHIP. Furthermore, the new CHIP will help in setting the course for the next 5 years. The CHIP is used as a roadmap for health improvement and guides the investment of resources of not only health departments but all other organizations as well.
