The Water and Sewer Division responded to a water main break in the vicinity of Main St and Alden Ave around 5:00 a.m. this morning. Haluch Water contracting has made the necessary repairs and water service has been restored to Alden Ave.
Residents in the vicinity of the impacted area may have discolored water due to the interruption in water service. If you experience discolored water now that service has been restored, please run the cold water in an outside faucet, or downstairs bathtub until it clears.
