The Water and Sewer Division responded to a water main break in the vicinity of Main St and Alden Ave this morning. We have determined that the connection that was made between the new water main on Main St and Alden Ave failed.
Haluch Water will be making the repair and we expect water service to be restored around noon.
Residents in the vicinity of the impacted area may have discolored water due to the interruption in water service. If you experience discolored water after service has been restored, please run the cold water in an outside faucet, or downstairs bathtub until it clears.
