As part of our ongoing commitment to providing innovative, up-to-date, and efficient services, the Town of Shrewsbury Department of Public Works will migrate the Water & Sewer permitting process to ViewPoint and join the effort started by the Building Inspector’s Office. Residents and contractors who have already registered in ViewPoint can use their existing login to access DPW services. Likewise, anyone who has used a ViewPermit service in another community, your same login and password will work in Shrewsbury. We encourage all residents, contractors, and business people to register and create a login, if you have not already done so.
Click on "View Point" the link below to open the portal, then click on the "login" link in the upper right corner of the screen. If you need to create a new login ID, select "SIGN UP". If at any time you cannot remember your password, follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password. Your user ID will be your email address.
