March 13, 2020, 11:55 p.m. update: The Water and Sewer Division and contractor Hydra Tech have completed the emergency water valve replacement at the intersection of Grafton Street and Raymond Avenue that malfunctioned during the unidirectional flushing program and was leaking extensively. Water service has now been completely restored to the area.

If you experience discolored water, please run the cold water in an outside faucet, or downstairs bathtub until it clears.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to make improvements to our water distribution system to ensure reliability and good water quality.

If you have any questions please contact the Water and Sewer Division at 508-841-8506.
