[ARCHIVED] Nightly Paving of Main Street from I-290 to North Quinsigamond Ave / Holden St Intersection

The Shrewsbury Department of Public Works has been informed by MADOT that, due to weather, the nightly paving of Main Street from I-290 (Exit 22) to the North Quinsigamond Avenue / Hold Street intersection has been delayed by two days. Instead of paving on Sunday/Monday night (11/3 and 11/4), MADOT will be paving on Tuesday/Wednesday night (11/5 and 11/6).

On Tuesday night, the left lanes of both eastbound and westbound traffic will be closed.

On Wednesday night, the right lanes will be closed with alternating on/off ramp closures (Exit 22) throughout the night.

Motorists should be prepared to seek alternate routes.

Schedules are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and weather.
