Beal Building Reuse Committee

[ARCHIVED] Vacancy Notice: Beal Reuse Committee

The Town Manager is seeking a qualified person interested in serving on the Beal Reuse Committee.

Individuals shall be appointed who, by reason of their current or prior background in such fields as construction, architecture, real estate, land use and development, engineering or other relevant experience, have special knowledge to assist in evaluating and recommending future uses of the property.

The committee shall undertake a comprehensive analysis of potential reuses for the Beal Early Childhood Center property. The analyses should include future public uses as well as the potential benefits of disposing of the property.

The Committee meets on an as-needed basis.

Interested persons must be registered voters of the Town and are asked a submit a letter of interest and qualifications to Kevin J. Mizikar, Town Manager, 100 Maple Avenue by mail, or email to no later than 4:30 pm on Wednesday July 10, 2019.
