The reconstruction of Main Street is expected to resume April 1, 2019.
Between April and June, JBL Construction Company will be milling during the day and paving at night.
In order to minimize disturbance to traffic, JBL will be binder coarse paving at night from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Sunday night through Thursday night.
Weather permitting; we expect this to last no more than two weeks, and no more than three nights of disturbance for a single resident along Main Street.
Expect traffic delays on Main Street from the I-290 ramps to Maple Avenue.
Motorists should be prepared seek alternate routes.
Top coarse paving is anticipated to take place in October.
The estimated time of substantial completion is for November 2019.
