Honoring Choices
Monday, August 15, 2022
This presentation at the Senior Center will discuss a simple approach to health care planning and we’ll provide a Getting Started tool kit to help you start discussing and deciding on who your agent should be and what your Personal Directives are.
Learn why you need more than a will, such as the importance of health care directive and durable power of attorney that makes health and financial decisions should you become incapacitated. We will discuss choosing a trusted person to be your Health Care Agent, and also discuss how to write down your instructions for the care you want and do not want in a Personal Directive or Living Will. Information will be provided on a range of topics. For more information and other considerations:
