The Town of Shrewsbury is once again offering an employee funded Altus Dental Insurance plan for Permanent-Benefit Eligible, TOWN Employees working 20 or more hours per week. This offering will take effect July 1, 2021 and will coincide with the Health Insurance open enrollment period which runs from Monday, April 26th through Friday, May 7th.
The cost of this plan remains the same as last year: $46.75 per month for an Individual plan and $120.21 per month for a Family plan.

If you wish to enroll, please complete the attached enrollment form and return to me, Nick Hawes, Benefits Coordinator, in the Town Manager’s Office, by no later than 4:30 PM on Wednesday, May 7th. If you are currently enrolled in the Altus Dental plan and not making any changes, you do not need to do anything.
