The Scholarship Committee collects and reviews applications for the Town Scholarship every March.
Applying for a Scholarship
The submission period for the 2016 Town of Shrewsbury Scholarship is now open! Please follow the link HERE for a downloadable PDF form. You may fill it out electronically, or print and fill it out on paper.
Your completed application, official high school transcript, personal essay and one letter of recommendation must be received by the Board of Selectmen no later than 4:00 PM on March 11, 2016. Mail these documents to: Shrewsbury Board of Selectmen 2015 Scholarship Application 100 Maple Avenue Shrewsbury, MA 01545
You may also opt to hand deliver your complete application package including all required documents to the Board of Selectmen’s Office in the Town Hall by the March 11, 2016 deadline. However, electronic submission is not available at this time. The office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Applications receive after 4:00 PM on March 11, 2016 will not be accepted..

Contributing to the Scholarship Fund
Residents can make tax deductible contributions to the scholarship fund by filling out a contribution form, sending it along with their tax bills, or by donating online. Direct donations are also accepted any time at the Treasurer's Office.
