• Certificate of Compliance with the Workers' Compensation Act

Body Art Practioner Application Requirements:

1. Current Blood Bourne Pathogens Certification
2. Current CPR Certification
3. Current First Aid Certification
4. Current Microblading Course Certification
5. Proof of Basic Anatomy and Physiology Course Completion
6. Proof of Hepatitis B Vaccination
7. Proof of Skin Course Completion
8. Proof of one year apprenticeship under the supervision of trained, experienced piercer (if new applicant)
