Improved Service Request Portal!The Improved Shrewsbury Service Request Portal will be an updated and centralized online self service portal for Residents and Businesses. Staff from the Office of the Town Manager  have been working with Departments across the to bring forms and applications online for the community to access easily, conveniently, and in a more streamlined way.
